Old School Wines L.L.C. will facilitate the shipping of your wine free of charge. Title of the wines is transferred at the moment of purchase on our website. Shipping fees are calculated in a separate second transaction. All shipping and handling fees are transferred directly to the shipping company. All shipping arrangements after the sales transaction are ultimately the responsibility of the purchaser. State Use Taxes and any other shipping tax are the responsibility of the party purchasing the shipping service.
Old School will also facilitate any necessary returns due to damaged bottles or flawed wine.
We advise using Federal Express for wine shipments. Orders normally ship within 2 business days. Most packages will arrive in 3-10 business days after an order has shipped. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO Military and FPO Military addresses.
Exposure to extremely hot or cold temperatures can cause changes in the quality of a wine shipment. Old School Wines LLC reserves the right to hold shipments of packages to states where weather risks the chance of wine being impacted. We will contact you in the event we feel your shipment needs to be held. Old School Wines cannot track every temperature in the United States. The decision of when to ship the wine is the purchaser’s responsibility. Old School Wines cannot accept returns of wines flawed because of exposure to extreme temperatures.
